Yes, going forward agents can build their fee into the offer. Sellers have the option to say yes or no. In the event they do not pay, that cost would fall on the buyer. 

1%! The max you would have to pay would be one percent. If we can build it into the offer great, however if a seller denies it, one percent would be the max you would
